Youth Connect
Youth Connect is for children and teens. It is for ages 6 to 18.
It is camp and fun activities.
You can play games. You can make crafts. You can meet other young people.
When you turn 19, you move to one of our adult programs.
What it costs:
Camp costs $100 for 1 day.
You pay $30 for each evening program.
You pay $80 for each weekend program.

Hopewell Connect
Hopewell Connect is for adults. It is for people 18 and older.
You go out in your community.
You try new activities. You meet other people and make friends.
You go home at the end of the day.
What it costs:
You pay for this program. It is not free.
Ask us what it costs. We will tell you the price before you say yes.
Some people use Passport money to help pay. You can ask us about that.
How to join:

Ooster House
Ooster House is for adults 18 and older. You stay for a few nights. Then you go home.
Ask us how many nights you can stay. We will work to give you the nights you need.
It is a safe and friendly home.
Your family can rest while you stay with us.
What it costs:
This program is free for you. The government pays for it.
How to join:
First you must sign up with DSO.
DSO is short for Developmental Services Ontario. They decide who can get adult help in Ontario.

Supportive Living
Supportive Living is a Hopewell house where you live.
You have your own bedroom.
Other people live in the house too. They are called housemates.
Staff are there to help you, day and night.
You make choices about your own life.
What it costs:
Ask us about money for this program. We will explain it to you.
How to join:
First you must sign up with DSO.
Sometimes you wait until there is room for you. The wait can be long.
Call us now, even if you do not need a home yet. We will help you plan.
