Twenty years at Hopewell, and Jessica is still the first to ask “why not?” She has grown up with this organization, and now leads it into its most ambitious chapter yet: more homes, bolder partnerships, and a flat refusal to accept that anyone should wait years for a full life. She carries the founders' legacy forward the way they would want it carried, by building on it.

Emily has a knack for bringing people together. Her path into this work began with volunteering in inclusive programs while she was still in high school, and at Hopewell she has grown through Coordinator and Manager roles, making a habit along the way of turning teams into collaborative, high-performing ones where staff and the people they support both thrive. Whether she is steering a team through change or celebrating a win, every decision runs through the same filter: people come first.

When things get complicated, Dayo brings clarity. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, he has worked across nonprofits, public service, international development and the private sector, and he has a gift for turning knotty financial problems into thoughtful, sustainable answers. He keeps Hopewell focused on the long game, and on making every dollar count for the people we support.

If perfection had a person, it might be Joseph.
Joseph has an extraordinary eye for detail and a real passion for getting things right. He brought structure, consistency and care to Human Resources from one of Lagos’ leading banks, and whether he is refining a process, backing an employee or improving how we work, he believes excellence comes from the details most people miss.

Eight years across direct support, nursing, operations and leadership means Dustin knows Hopewell from the ground up. He pairs that with an endless curiosity for technology and AI, and a habit of finding smarter ways to work. Mention an idea and there is a fair chance he has built a prototype before the conversation ends. It all points the same way: easier days for employees, better lives for the people we support.
