Chief Executive Officer

Jessica Johnston

Twenty years at Hopewell, and Jessica is still the first to ask “why not?” She has grown with this organization and now leads it into its most ambitious chapter yet: more homes, bolder partnerships and a determination to expand opportunities for people who have waited too long for support. Her leadership builds on more than four decades of community trust while keeping Hopewell focused on what comes next.

Kensey Butkevich

Director of Operations & Support Services

Finds the thing quietly making everything harder, and fixes that first.

Kensey is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has spent more than a decade turning careful observation into practical support. She holds a master’s in psychology with a specialization in applied behaviour analysis, and has worked across public and private clinical settings — delivering one-to-one support, coaching parents through the hard stretches and leading regional teams. She is also a certified sleep coach, which tells you something about how she works: look past the obvious problem, find the thing underneath it, and start there.

Dayo Oyewole

Director of Finance

The calm behind every big decision.

When things get complicated, Dayo brings clarity. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, he has worked across nonprofits, public service, international development and the private sector. He has a gift for turning knotty financial problems into thoughtful, sustainable answers. He keeps Hopewell focused on the long game, and on making every dollar count for the people we support.

Joseph Ayorinde

Human Resources Manager

If perfection had a person, it might be Joseph.

Joseph has an extraordinary eye for detail and a real passion for getting things right. He brought structure, consistency and care to Human Resources from one of Lagos’ leading banks, and whether he is refining a process, backing an employee or improving how we work, he believes excellence comes from the details most people miss.

Dustin Letham

AI Systems & Innovation

Usually building the future before the rest of us finish the meeting.

Eight years across direct support, nursing, operations and leadership means Dustin knows Hopewell from the ground up. He pairs that with an endless curiosity for technology and AI, and a habit of finding smarter ways to work. Mention an idea and there is a fair chance he has built a prototype before the conversation ends. It all points the same way: easier days for employees, better lives for the people we support.
