What first drew me to Hopewell was its story. It was created by loving parents to support their daughter and has grown into a place that uplifts so many in the community. From the start, Hopewell has felt like family, a family that cares deeply for both the people we support and for one another.

Since joining, I’ve realized this is where I’m meant to be. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone smile, achieve a goal, and feel included. Every day brings new moments of growth and connection that make me love coming to work.
