This home represents an important step in expanding supportive housing across the Guelph-Wellington region, creating more room for people to live full, connected lives with the right supports around them.

On Thursday, April 16, 2026, we welcomed the community to an open house and tour, a chance to walk through the space, meet our team, and hear about the journey ahead. It was a wonderful morning of connection and excitement for what’s to come.
