Youth Connect

Build skills, grow in confidence and connect with others.

There’s always something new to explore at Youth Connect. Children and youth ages 6–18 can get creative, get active, discover new interests and spend time with others, all with support along the way.

After school, on weekends or during school breaks, there are plenty of ways to get involved throughout the year. Our team can help you find an option that works for your child and your family.

Make weeknights something to look forward to.

Get creative, try hands-on activities, play games, move and spend time with others. Along the way, youth can build social, recreational and life skills while growing their independence.

School’s out. There’s still plenty to do.

Youth can spend school breaks trying new activities, getting creative, connecting with others and building skills through inclusive camp programming. Current offerings may include summer, holiday and PA/PD day camps.

Hopewell Connect brings adults 18+ together through recreation, creative activities, movement and experiences in the community. Whether you’re into swimming, music, fitness, art, or simply getting out and socializing, there are different ways to take part throughout the week.

From regular day supports to swimming, music, bigger community outings and evening activities, Hopewell Connect gives you different ways to participate based on what you enjoy.
