At Hopewell Connect, we focus on creating purposeful and enjoyable experiences that support:
Each day includes a variety of activities such as community outings, learning opportunities, and seasonal celebrations. Whether it’s visiting a local market, walking a nearby trail, or taking part in a creative project, participants are supported to be active and involved in their community.
Hopewell Connect is open to adults living with a developmental disability in the Guelph area. Programming is person-centered, with opportunities to grow, connect, and participate in ways that matter to each individual.
Passport funding can be used to purchase daytime support at Hopewell Connect.
Available spaces are shared through our website, social media, and partner agencies including AIR and DSO. Applications are submitted to the Program Manager or Program Coordinator and are typically filled on a first come, first served basis.
